The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations applied. They don't keep the original item's level and any money wasted will not be refunded. The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an item of equipment for example, increasing the damage it can cause. Players can reroll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player an extra health. There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To produce them, you need a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items. As opposed to other tokens or markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next success result is repeated. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted. Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money. During a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This affects which blueprints the restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool. Growthstones In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. They can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts. To upgrade their gear, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the “level up” button. The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be when being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone. After deciding on the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. When the requirements have been met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item. The upgrade process is risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. It's a great way for players who wish to gain an advantage in battle but don't want spend a lot of money. Moreover players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the “transfer” tab. The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. There are several methods to get the stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones. Leveling Leveling is a feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is reached. Items that have upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked with one another, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be added in addition to an appropriate amount for the equipment. The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process. A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19. When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades will not be available for it. Once a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will come with discounted prices. upgrade item are a kind of equipment that is able to be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired by completing quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this could destroy the old upgrade. Requirements Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently own. Some items benefit from being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but because it lets players get the most value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version. The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item. The game will place an item in your inventory when you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show you how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
